Alsatian tastes every day with 4 Flammekueches different (classical, Norwegian, forested and vegetarian).
Specialities every Thursday 1st Thursday of the month: Fried Mussels, 2nd Thursday of the month: Flesh-coloured bloody stupid Chile, on 3rd Thursday of the month: Couscous and 4th Thursday of the month: Choucroute), Lasagnes, Tête de Veau, Fricassée de Gibier de la Haute-Marne(in season).

2 rooms renovated and not smoker. Special dish of the day: 8.20€ midday and evening from Monday till Friday
